So it's finally the end of term. Please answer the following questions to tell me what you have liked about French this term (or not!) so I can improve lessons next term:
1. Speaking activities - do you like rotating round the class asking and answering questions? Do you feel more confident speaking?
2. Writing - do you think your writing has improved? Do you like having writing homework once a week? Do you feel like you can write more complicated sentences?
3. Reading - do you feel like you have had enough reading activities? Do you like reading the little story books?
4. Grammar - have you understood the grammar points - comparing 2 things, future tense, adjective agreements?
5. Did you like working in a group for the music presentation?
6. Do you like working on the language websites on the computer?
7. What would you like to do next term? Would you like to do more project work, plays, creative work, making games?
8. The next topic is holidays and the past tense. What would you like to do in this topic?
1.I thought that was a good idea and we should do it next term because it makes you more confident
2.i think ive improved quite a lot but need some more practice at speaking of the top of my head
3.I have gotten better at reading and started to enjoy it more
4.I understood it quite well this term

2. Yes I think I can write well. Just make the tasks more interesting :)
3. Reading activites help you understand the language but sometimes a bit tricky
4. Very well explained and concise.
5. It was okay.
6. Sometimes the work on the web is too easy.
7. Making Games.... And a trip to France!!!!!!!!!!!
8. Plan a holiday, make a holiday brochue, etc etc

1. I do like rotating around the class & I do feel much more confident when speaking.
2. I think my writing has improved quite alot but i would rather do more speaking for practice.
3. Well...we could have more reading activities/groupwork. I dont really like reading out of the little books.
4. Yes, I understand the grammar.
5. Yes, I prefer working in groups and I like the topic on music.
6. Yes, but I feel that they could sometimes be harder or easier at times.
7. Next term, I would like to do more groupwork, creative work & plays.
8. We could maybe make up games about both these topics & make powerpoints.

1. Yes it builds up your confidecne to talk to different people.
2. Yes my sentences have improved alot since the start.
3. Ye I like the little books they are cool.
4. Its difficult to do but i understand it.
5. Ye working in a group is always good fun and it builds our teamwokring skills.
6. Yes it gives us a chance to revis on vocab and do activities.
7. Yes! I want to make more plays and other stuff in groups, its amazing!
8. Make posters or a tv advert, advertising a holiday resort!

1. I hate speaking activities... Well, doing it with people you don't know too well isn't nice.
2. I quite like writing.
3. PLEEEASE can we read more of the little storys?! They rock!
4. Grammar is a little more difficult, but okay.
5. We should do group projects more, they're fun.
6. I don't really like using the computers :S.
7. Projects, Games, Videos, stuff like that is all good!
8. Not sure about past tense, just whatever i suppose.

1. Sometimes i dont feel confident talking to others in French but it depends on what we are talking about.
2. I think that my writing has come on well since the start of s3, but i hope i will manage to progress further.
3. I dont mind doing the reading activites and i liked reading the story books.
4.I understood most of the grammar but i think i still need to work on the future tense stuff.
5. I enjoyed working in groups for the music presintation but i would have prefered to be in a group of people i feel more comfortable around.
6. I dont really enjoy working on the websites beacause i find that sometimes they can be confusing.
7. Next term i'd like to do more group work and maybe more plays.

1) ther are alright but they don't work if the other person is unwilling to speak
2)my writing has improved and yes i can writre harder sentences now
3)the little story books are great, they help you understand what you are reading better than a page of just text.
4)most of the stuff i have understood
5)it was good, there was little time to do it in though.
6)the language websites are good, they are easy to understand and make you remember things better
7)making games would be good, appart from that i dont realy mind
8)i dont mind what we do

2. I think i need a little help on the writing, other than that we get homework once a week.
3. I like reading the story books, it helps me understand the french more.
4. I need some help with the grammar,past and future tenses but I am confident.
5. I did like working in the groups during the presentation.
6. I do like going onto the french website because it helps me more.
7. I would like to do some creative writing, games and possibly a play.
8. I don't know but the subject sounds good.

1. Ye it is good for building confidence speaking french and also you will be able to work better with everyone in the class.
2.Yes I feel alot better about writing and the homework keeps you from forgeting words and phrases you have learnt.
3.Yes, I really enjoy reading the little books, there good fun and not boring like articles and reviews.
4.Yes and it has also improved my vocabulary aswell.
5. Yup it was a good idea and worked well. I would like to do it again some time.
6.Yes, it is nice to get out of the classroom and is a great way of improving my french.
7.Ye, I would love to that it makes learning french alot more interesting.
8.A project on places to visit in France would be fun and on french history mabye?

1. I feel more confident speaking to the people in the class.
2. I feel that my writing has improved, because i can write more complicated sentences. I think its a good idea doing it once a week for homework because for me that is what has improved my french (writing paragraphs on a subject)
3. The story books are useful and i think it would be a good idea if we could read more of them.
4. I found learing the future tense hard but i understand it.
5. I thought working in groups for the music poster was a good idea and really enjoyed doing it but i think it would be better if we could pick the groups if we did it again?
6. I like working on the computer because its a change and the websites are really useful, ut helped me learn the vocabulary much faster,
7. Next term i would enjoy it if we could do stuff like the music poster, working in groups and presenting it.
8.If the past tense is more difficult than the future tense, i would like to work on the computers, using the launguage websytes.
