Try visiting some of the websites listed below and then post a comment about how helpful you found the particular site. You can also let me know of any areas which you found too challenging. I will try to give you an explanation or show you where you can get help online.

One of the first skills it is good to have is a good vocabulary. The link below will show you where to listen to the vocabulary from Metro1(your textbook).
Listen first to the vocabulary from the chapter we are currently on. You can have your vocabulary sheet in front of you if you want. When you are familiar with some words try repeating them.
Finally put your vocabulary sheet to the side and try writing them out, in French, as you hear them. When you have practiced one module go to another.
