Follow up: where do we go from here?

I've thoroughly enjoyed working with you all during these two sessions on podcast "appreciation" and creation! As I said during yesterday's training session, I think it would be useful to continue on from where we've left off in future training opportunities. I'm not sure about the logistics in terms of the cost of funding further training and how that links to your CPD budget, but equally I think if you're interested in developing your skills more then we should try to find a way of letting that happen.

I think one of the most valuable things would be to have a further session where you would get to work on podcasts, perhaps in smaller groups, and simply spend the entire time of the course working on the podcast and developing your skills, while someone is around to help you if you need help. What do you think? Ideally there would be a reduced cost for this in order to ensure that you'd get the necessary permission from your schools. We have to watch costs too, both with accommodation and catering. Any thoughts? Are the sandwiches vital?!
